I am not going to bore you with along paragraph on the importance of time management.So let’s get to the meat of the topic.

The secret to mastering your time is to systematically focus on importance and suppress urgency. Humans are pre-wired to focus on things which demand an immediate response, like alerts on their phones – and to postpone things which are most important, like going to the gym. You need to reverse that, which goes against your brain and most of human society.

Time Hacks!

  • Just Say No

    Most of us follow an implicit social contract: when someone asks you to do something you almost always say yes. Remember one thing ,people respect the ones who say no.

  • Say No To TV

    Wasting 15000 hours of your time on TV watching pointless serials is the worst thing you can do with your time. Instead teach yourself some skills that will help you in appearing in the TV.

  • Turn Off Notifications 

    Facebook, Twitter, Quora ,Instagram and many other apps are good at one thing that is distracting us.There is a easy solution to this problem that i have been using since past one year.Turn off the notifications from these apps.

  • Schedule Your Priorities

    If your girlfriend asks you to meet her, you’ll arrange to see her at a set time. But if you have something that matters to you more than anything like going to the gym or home chores, you will try your best to avoid it.Prioritize your work in such a way that it benefits you as well as your girlfriend 🙂

  • First things first

    What is the single most important thing you could possibly be doing? Do some of that today. Distractions will always be there, you should learn to do your important task despite the distractions.

  • Less volume, more time

    There are a million things that i think of doing, but its always better to focus on one task at a time to be more productive.You defeat the problems one at a time.

  • Ignore 

    It’s rude, unprofessional and often utterly necessary. There are people you won’t find time to reply to. You can be slow to do things like checking mails and paying bills.Focus on the the things that really matter to you.Find time for your loved ones too.
